The City officials have claimed to be transparent but have failed to update the City council minutes since August. They have however been diligent in attacking the people behind the State Audit petition and are doing so on the home page!
Is the City website really for the people or just another tool for free (and possibly illegal) campaigning?! When will the Council minutes be updated? We suspect it will be conveniently sometime after the election... As will be your tax increase letter, when it is too late.

It sure the hell is a propaganda machine! I never looked at the city council minutes until I found this blog. Why does the City Administrator allow this to happen? What about the Mayor? Who is responsible for updating the city website?
This will tick you off... The City Administrator is paid over 90K and LIVES IN CANNON FALLS!
We should find someone that actually lives in Centerville and was NOT FIRED FROM HIS LAST JOB UNDER SUSPECT CIRCUMSTANCES!

No wonder the city admin. has no problem spending Centerville tax payers money. First of all he doesn't care if taxes continue to go up because he does not have to pay them. Second he doesn't care about the decision he makes because at the end of the day he leaves the city. He does not have to look his neighbors in the eye!! How did this man get in? I do believe Cappra and Paar are part of the group to blame.
They hired the city administrator in 2005. Capra, Paar, Lee and B-Vickers were on council at that time and all share in the decision.
