I noticed that the City again did not use our sign in front of City Hall to inform the residents of the meeting. How convenient!
They better NOT DARE purchase a new sign when the fact is they don't use the one they have appropriately.
THIS MEETING SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED!!!

Objections will not be broadcast. What a surprise...
Doesn't communist China do the same to their citizens?

Click here for a bunch of b.s. The power point presentation is typical nothingness. Hope it didn't cost us much money...

When will you people get the message. The city will do whatever they want and don't care who it affects. They will retaliate against people who step in their way. They are misusing their power for their own satisfaction. If you think your letters and hearings will do you any good, think again.

Good luck on your attempt to get them to listen.

They work together and cover each others backs! I can't believe we actually live in "Nazi Germany"! I also can't believe this crap goes on all over the United States and there's nothing anyone can do about it - except of course, as the words of a true city attorney or administrator would say - get yourself legal council and we will see you in court! And then, our city attorney will continue to use "legal" delays to hope you run out of money!!

They work together....

You are so right. City of Shoreview is no better. A developer wanted to build a huge 3-story building 11 feet from her property line and they okayed it. She hired an attorney but it did not do any good. The ordinance required at least 30 feet away. The only good thing so far is the economy is so bad now that they have not built and I don't think they will be anytime soon. They all do what they want. Only one planning commissioner from that city stood up for her the whole time this went on.
