Pawlenty says state budget will be in deficit within months!
Spending cuts must start this month, he says.
Gov. Tim Pawlenty said Tuesday that Minnesota's budget will start hemorrhaging red ink in the next seven months — much sooner than he and other state officials had anticipated — and he's ready to start cutting spending this month to stop the bleeding.

Where are the spending cuts here? Maybe we should start with the financial guy's job.
Maybe the Mayor, P&Z members, and Council could do their job for free. They certainly haven't earned their pay.
They have certainly fed their egos. That should be pay enough!
There is currently a lawsuit against Centerville regarding the special assessments that Linda B-Vickers (council member sitting on 80 acres) was not affected by. I will let you know how the potential abuse of power plays out...
She is up for reelection in two years.
